This sweet action art shot of my dad shoveling grapes inside a cuve. It’s not usually that dark since we can remove the floating tops of the vat and let a lot of light and fresh air in. On closed tanks, this is dangerous because you can run out of oxygen, pass out and drown in a puddle of wine.
